She is sitting in a bathtub with her toe stuck in the drain and she can't get it out. She is stretching as far as she can at an odd angle reaching in vain for her cell phone that is on the bathroom floor just out of her reach.

 

With a big push she reaches the cell phone but in the process she sloshes water from the tub onto the phone rendering it useless...
