Jeremy Nygaard Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 25, 2013 Author Posted May 25, 2013 Thanks! I'm looking forward to it.
Seth Stohs Site Manager Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 It'll be great to have such a subject matter expert on the show!! Enjoy!
TwinVike61 Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I am looking forward to hearing you with Gleeman and the Geek. And maybe you can get a new Avatar photo to replace the one of you and Mr. T.
Jeremy Nygaard Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 25, 2013 Author Posted May 25, 2013 It reminds me of happier times...
nowheresville Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 If Pohlman Field has such a great home field advantage, maybe the Twins should have never left! Adam Walker did manage to score the most unusual play of the game: He got 2 RBI while hitting into a double play.
Jeremy Nygaard Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 25, 2013 Author Posted May 25, 2013 If Pohlman Field has such a great home field advantage, maybe the Twins should have never left! That was typed tongue-in-cheek, which I'm sure you picked up on.
tellis205 Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I kind of like how you write. Keep it up!
strumdatjag Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I'm just ready to set sail for Cedar Rapids to catch the Kernals' Saturday Night Game with Jose Berrios (fireworks) and the Sunday Afternoon game. I'll give a report, if it doesn't get rained out. Last night's near no hitter against the Twins was the nadir of this season - My wife and I are hoping for a little more positivity in low A ball.
Jeff A Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 It was Tyler Duffey's first bad outing of the season. I guess he was due for one.

twinstalker Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Two Charlottes? I believe this is Port Charlotte, near Fort Myers. Rangers use to (still do?) farm there.
nowheresville Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 That was typed tongue-in-cheek, which I'm sure you picked up on. As was mine. Well tounge-in-cheek, mixed with lingering bitterness! I'm also thinking about making the drive over to CR this afternoon. Although, the forecast doesn't look good, and after watching them the past 3 days, and heading to Milwaukee to watch the Twins AAAA affiliate coming up on Monday and Tuesday, maybe it would be best to save the gas money this time.
