Once again, we see why good hitters make you get them out with strikes.

And once again we see why RBI are so incredibly important. And RBI are not an "Opportunity stat." Some guys work the pitcher, and more often than not get the job done.

And some don't

RBI are incredibly important, but they are still very much also an Opportunity stat.

Guess I'm turning it off.

Absolutely embarrassing. Team can't hit with the bases loaded and 0 out, team has lost 22 straight playoff games....it's impossible to like this team.

You were all in on the substitution though.

Larnach is considered a core player by mgmt, Why not show some CONFIDENCE and let him hit,  instead of bringing in a 35 year old who probably wont be here in 2-3 weeks,

I'm not sure he's a "core player". He might be, but so far it's about potential and not actual production. That is why Solano is on the team and he didn't come through.

They are an opportunity stat but we need need to evaluate based on what they do with that opportunity. Counting only is just dumb. Success percentage of some sort would be much more useful.

There's a pattern: bases loaded, nobody out and nothing.

It’s in their heads…. nobody can get in a routine because of the lack of any kind of lineup. Manager micromanagement just doesn’t work….

It shouldn't matter where they are batting in the lineup.  They are professional hitters, whether they are hitting 1st or 7th, it's crazy to blame the manager about the inability to hit with the bases loaded because of batting order.

I have no access to the televised game and I'm too lazy to pull up the game tracker.  What the heck is the score and what inning is it?

Rhythm and routine makes a big difference to MLB hitters….

Our record is amazing considering the complete inability to hit with risp

I feel like it is gonna come crashing down just like last season

Our record is amazing considering the complete inability to hit with risp. Should be 10 under

10 under par would be pretty good.
