OK, I'm the one who said we should hit more balls at Lackey. I'll take credit for that. Arcia gets all the credit for the home run, I didn't do that.

I'll say it. Good at-bat by Napoli. Correia's pitch count is up there. I hope he can get through the sixth.

 

I was pretty sure Morneau was out at the plate, but the replay showed the catcher never tagged him. Arcia is going to be pretty good. I really liked the Twins taking advantage of the other team's mistakes.

I dunno. They need five outs to get to Burton/Perkins. With a 2-run lead, they have a decent chance, but they are straining the BP.

 

With a winnable game, you strain the bullpen. It's what they're paid for.

I know that being an ump isn't easy. There have been two or three plays that I saw one way at full speed and the other in replay.

 

Very true. I couldn't tell at full speed. Morneau the other night as well as Pedroia and Florimon tonight I thought were all safe, but wasn't sure until they showed the super slow-mo. Of course Pedroia was the only one called safe. Is this game in Boston????

Don't trust Roenicke. Would like to see B-Duns face Jacoby at least and maybe Victorino.
