Nishioka Having Decent 2013 Season So Far

www.japanball.com has the infamous Tsuyoshi Nishioka batting .297 for the Hanshin Tigers. No news on his turning of double plays, however.

Update - He's batting .279 (somehow that's good enough to be the 11th best batting average in his division)

Apperently it is only an offense if one puts down ownership, or management or person who provides inside information? But it is ok to run down a guy who doesnt speak the language.

Nothing against him as a man, because he's a good egg. But .279? Really? That's why I opened this thread? He hit like .336 and won a batting title the year before the Twins signed him. Now he's holding his own at a league a notch below the IL. Meh.
