Orioles call up top Prospect Gunnar Henderson

Lots of teams possibly "missed" on Henderson as he was taken 42nd overall (the 1st pick of the 2nd round), including the Twins.  Twice.  

The Twins took Cavaco and Wallner instead.  Maybe Brooks Lee makes this miss hurt less, but maybe if the Twins had drafted Henderson they could have taken a top arm instead in 2022.

And I know, the MLB is a HUGE crapshoot, but...

If you want to play the hindsight game, you might as well just take Corbin Carroll, George Kirby or Bryson Stott in round one instead.

It is a fallacious argument to assume a prospect will develop into the same player under all development programs.

The draft is a crapshoot.

I didn't care for the Cavaco pick.  I don't think I was alone.

I wanted the Twins to take Matt Allan in that draft. He ended up falling to the third and maybe signed above slot.  He's been a health bust so far.
