I know he's a been labeled a bust but he's young and had a cruddy QB. He had talent to be drafted in the first round. And Viking 3rd receivers have been just as bad or worse the last few years. Yeah, but the Vikings 3rd receivers have all looked pretty good when forced into the #2 role, including Smith-Marsette. Reagor has ran as the #2 most of the past two years and hasn't been good. But I agree, he doesn't have a QB who can produce reliable WR results. Though, his catch percentage is pretty awful, even compared to his teammates, hard to believe it's only him getting the bad passes.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted August 31, 2022 Author Posted August 31, 2022 Surprised ISM was cut. Is Raeger a return man?
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 Reagor will be the #4 WR and the punt returner, he was actually very good at returning punts for the Eagles last year. But yes, he's pretty bad as a receiver, but he's got upside. I could see him working out as an occassional deep threat. Cutting ISM is very puzzling indeed, it seemed he was the #4 guy with Bisi's ACL tear, but it seems the new FO wasn't high on him. Especially since we could have cut our 10th OL (why is Udoh still on the team?). Now he's basically the Bears 2nd or 3rd best WR.
