They were proven wrong in later years, but this team is truly embarrassing without Buxton.
Number3 Verified Member Posted June 21, 2021 Posted June 21, 2021 Real simple. Twins have 91 games remaining. If Buxton doesn't play at least 80 of those games it doesn't matter how important he is. At age 28 he is approaching the age where youth is no longer an asset injury wise. No reason to expect him to be less injury prone as he hits the 3 decade mark. Stay tuned.
