ANND Welcome back. Today is my brother's bachelor party so I don't have time to type much.

For those here, this isn't your first game thread experience. I have faith you can take it from here.

Get another win Twins!

Hi all.

I still live, sort of.

Working 10 to 12 hours a day sort of limits one's online activities.

Go Twins!

It will be interesting to see how Stewart does, especially since the Tigers will be seeing him again, just a few days after his first start. Pitching against the same team ...... I really wish he was pitching against a different team, instead.

Prediction: Our #9 batter will shine tonight. Yes, he'll have a Field Day.

That sounds like something Chief would say.

Is it raining in Minneapolis? Why hasn’t the game started?

Jack Morris abbreviated ramblings from all his other celebrations combined with an inability to pronounce some words/names

Stewart with a literal swinging strikeout.  By literal, all three strikes on Castellanos were of the swinging variety.  Not just the last.  Point is, he did it.

Garve-sauce should quit moving around and just sit down the middle and let the ball move left or right...kinda like when Gibby was a youngster

I figure Detroit is going to make Stewart prove he can get guys out with his off-speed stuff. Otherwise, they'll be looking dead red all day.

It's the age-old story: Throw strikes, but stay away from the middle.

It's surprising how well Stewart does with basically only fastballs. Its somewhat impressive that even when the hitters can sit on the fastball, he can still hold his own. If he ever develops even decent control of one or two off-speed pitches he could be pretty solid.

Methinks Mr. Carpenter may not last very long. The Twins are barreling him easily.

Sure looks like they have his number early.
