nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 It's probably just me, but I get the sense that if Molitor was to be asked who his team MVPs were, he may say Castro and Giminez in some order, stats be damned. And not only Molitor, but front office guys also. Just a feeling and I hope I'm wrong; I'd like to see Garver regularly.

I could MAYBE see that argument if they were working miracles with the pitching staff. But, they ain't.This pitching staff is awful.

The other 20 they have used this year have been just as bad or worse than last years' staff. If they are so fantastic, why isn't everyone better? IMO the impact of Castro and Gimenez on the pitching staff is drastically overblown.
Cody Christie Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 Did Garver hit 4? I wrote all about his day in the Minor League Report: http://twinsdaily.com/_/minnesota-twins-news/minnesota-twins-minor-leagues/twins-minor-league-report-79-gordon-stars-garver-hits-three-out-r5827
