Both Suzuki and Murphy sit below the half Mendoza line here in the early going. Meanwhile, Twin castoff Erick Fryer is going all Eduardo Nuñez on the Cardinals--he's seven for seven with a couple of doubles. Of course, that's more hits than the Twins catching tandem has between them.

Murphy has looked good defensively. I would put him in the lineup 3/5 days and see if the bat comes around.

Murphy seems to be better at framing pitches too.  If neither hits I say at least play Murphy for defense
