This means he already passed through waivers doesn't it? It also means we have a spot open for I assume what would be A reliever.

Yeah, not surprising. I expected Strong to be outrighted. Now Abad will be able to take his spot, unless he gets hurt. I'm pretty confident Abad will be added.

He's working with the Rochester team right now in spring training, but I would expect they'll send him to AA Chattanooga possibly.
