Molitor's Worst Move as Manager

I am speaking about the last game of the Seattle series. Newly acquired Kevin Jepson comes in, and walks the first two batters of the 11th inning. With two lefties coming up, Molly shrewdly opts for a lefty out of the pen. Ryan O'Rourke is available, and has been lights out against lefties striking out 10 of the 17 left handed batters he has faced. Instead Molly selects Brian Duensing and his 900 OPS against lefties. Duensing gives up a run scoring double right away and then intentionally walks the next lefty. I have a hard time with that decision. The team really needed a 3-1 series win instead of a split.

If you use O'Rourke there, he wouldn't have been available to pitch the incredibly high leverage inning he pitched yesterday...coming in in a game they trailed by 4 in the bottom of the 8th.

One I didn't understand either.  O'Rourke should have started that inning and Jepsen should have been brought in to face Cruz.  We have seen numbers about how much better Jepsen is against right handed batters, it made zero sense to bring him in to start an inning with two lefties.
