Vegas: Twins Championship Odds Go Up From 3% to 4%

Hi guys,

 

Got this today: updated odds for the various teams to win the World Series. The Twins odds have gone up (since the beginning of the month) and so have the Royals. Tigers chances fell from 6% to 4%.  The first column is their odds on 7/1. The second is their current odds.

I've never set foot in a casino in my life and if I ever do it will be just for the experience of looking at it. But if I had been in Vegas in March I'd have bet the over on the Twins win total. I think they had the line at 70 or 71.

33 percent increase!

I've never set foot in a casino in my life and if I ever do it will be just for the experience of looking at it. But if I had been in Vegas in March I'd have bet the over on the Twins win total. I think they had the line at 70 or 71.

I took the over 70.5 for wins ($100) and put $20 on them at 125:1 to win the world series and later another $20 on them at 75:1 to win the world series (in May), another $20 on them to win the division at 25:1.

 

Baring a complete and utter meltdown I should at least win $40.
