I've had the best ever... but the place closed and I haven't found anything close to it again.

 

All I know... It has to be Vinegar Based and very saucy but the sauce can't be thick... or baked on. The Wing Can't be Crunchy.  

 

I even went to the Anchor Bar in Buffalo... Where they were invented... in search of this perfect wing... It wasn't there either... The Anchor Bar Wings actually were what I call sub par. 

 

I'm a Wing Snob... I admit it. I've had the perfect wing and it was one of the finest things I've ever tasted.

  No lecture from me. Wings aren't hard to do, but it's hard as hell to get good ones in this town. They either go extreme with the heat, which I hate, or they wimp out. I also hate really saucy wings. I like the sauce to be adhesive, at the very least. The best wings are done at home.
