How excited am I allowed to get about Hu?

So Chih-Wei Hu seems to be absolutely unhittable as a 20-year-old in Low A and rookie league. His numbers have been astounding. Does his stuff match his numbers? Do we have a scouting report on him?

I was noticing the same thing today. He's had 4 starts, and each one has been better than the last. Only thing I could find online is that he throws in the low 90s (90-93). He was a 220k international signing, so there's a decent investment there. Lot to get excited about though.

Someone needs to adopt him. That's a pretty impressive start for a 20-year-old freshly promoted.

Yeah if he throws both a change up and a palm ball they must come in at different speeds, but which one is faster? I'd Always assumed it roughly went 4 seamed Fastball, 2 seam Fastball, Split finger, Fork Ball,  Palm ball, Change up. From fastest to slowest. Maybe he gets more movement on the palm ball and uses it like a Screwball or a Circle change to throw hitters off of his curveball.
