We should all be grateful to Seth and the others who start this thread every day.

 

Does anyone else agree with me that Span should have caught that drive to the wall in the first inning? Pavano pitched out of it, but it looked to me like Span took a very little league looking route.

Willingham had to adjust on a fly in the 1st too - must be something going on with the wind tonight. Still, I've seen Span get those before. I guess with him you tend to expect more.

I was thinking more along the lines of Hardy. At least the sentiment behind the Garza/Bartlett deal was good, despite the horrendous result. Hardy just straight up got dumped for nothing, it was moronic right from the get go.

 

I'll never understand why this team always seems to be in a hurry to dump players at one of the most difficult spots to replace.
