New Rules... Much ado about nothing

Just reviewing some of the new rules being implemented in 2024. and a couple of them seem to be pointless.  Yes, I do actually get the Irony of me spending time talking about a rule change i know will have zero impact.  I first have to also admit, that I am sure even rules chances focused on the speed of the game will not "ruin the game" as I had previously whined about prior to the pitch clock. OF course I think there are more "natural" ways to speed up the game, but really the pitch clock
