Jeffers for Hunter Greene Anyone?

Would you trade Ryan Jeffers for Hunter Greene? There is potential here!! While the Twins shoudl prioritize bullpen over rotation, this could be a decent trade.  WHile bullpen is a bigger need, our rotation isnt exactly world beaters. Joe Ryan is solid, but are his recent struggles and "arm fatigue" something to be concerned about?
