The Minnesota Twins earned a two-game sweep over the Brewers by winning 4-2 Wednesday. It was an impressive showing from the pitching staff, as Bailey Ober delivered another six strong innings and Brock Stewart, Jhoan Duran and Griffin Jax combined to be perfect out of the bullpen. In the minors, Chris Williams slugged another couple of home runs for the Saints and Cory Lewis dazzled hitters with his knuckleball for the Kernels. There was also some catching up to do on the action from Sunday and yesterdays' action, as I was in Duluth for the past few nights and wasn't able to get these recaps out. Other players featured include Carlos Correa, Willi Castro, Alerick Soularie, Gilberto Celestino and more. -

The Minnesota Twins snapped their losing streak, winning 3-2 in extras in Toronto Friday night. Michael A. Taylor drove in all three runs for the Twins and Jhoan Duran pitched the final two innings to secure the victory. Royce Lewis had a four-hit night. On the minor league side, players featured in tonight's highlights include Brent Headrick, Yunior Severino, Marco Raya, Emmanuel Rodriguez and Christian MacLeod.

The Minnesota Twins were shutout by the Rays but down in Triple A the Saints lineup managed to tally 10 runs thanks to grand slams from Jair Camargo and Chris Williams. Also featured in tonight's minor league highlights are Matt Wallner and Brooks Lee. There's also an Austin Martin update and much more. -

The Minnesota Twins fell 2-1 to Cleveland Sunday despite an impressive start from Joe Ryan. A Willi Castro solo homer was all the offense the lineup could muster. Royce Lewis had another scary moment on the field, this time involving a collision with the first baseman. Luckily, it sounds like he's going to be OK. The Minnesota Twins ended a disappointing May on a high note yesterday, beating the Astros to win their series in Houston. To top it off, they finally got not just one but two hits with the bases loaded. Hopefully this impressive performance serves as a turning point for the team and signals a new direction for June.
