    I'd let the season play out before giving out any flowers. A decent month (he's been slashing .247/.311/.505 since April 13th, even better since April 22nd), does not beget a good season. Just like slashing .125/.222/.156 in the first 9 games doesn't mean he'll have a bad season either. I'd preach patience before dishing out crow.

    Personally I don't care what pitcher gets the win as long as they are wearing a Twins uniform 55-60% of the time. (92-97 win pace)

    The kid has played all of one game in the Cape Cod league at 2B in 2021, and has not played there at all in spring training this year (all reps have been at either SS, 3B or DH). I'm excited to see him at Target Field too, but I'd put the odds at about 0.1% pending any injuries.

    Pohlad's comments has a sour taste in my mouth. It just seems...tone deaf. I get the business aspect and respect it. Were the Twins coming off a down year and not the first playoff series win in 20+ years, I'd be more understanding. Between these comments and the lack of decent (cheap/ala cart options) streaming. Considering not making my annual trek to Target Field. Will I probably go? Still likely, but not nearly as excited. I guess I appreciate the transparency.

    My man, most of the post I see of yours are of this tone. If you feel so negative about this team/organization, why are you here? And why yuck on someone else's yum when they found some success in the postseason. Only one team wins the final game of the season. I'm not trying to come after you, but damn man. Surely you can find joy somewhere. Maybe meat smoking or world war two trivia?

    I've had to remind myself to remember how last Tuesday felt. The jubilation, the tears, the relief I (we all) felt should never be forgotten. Am I disappointed in the result? Yes. Especially given this pitching staff. Felt that part of the team had what it took to do more. I will also admit that I was cursing Rocco taking Ryan out last night, I was wrong. That worked to perfection (aside from a Theilbar mistake). If only they could've gotten a hit when needed.
