  1. Apparently, someone has never heard of the "Dad Bod" before. http://www.msn.com/en-au/health/medical/beer-bellies-are-in-biceps-are-out-introducing-the-dad-bod/ar-BBjewl7
  2. That's probably because the Twins called him up to take Plouffe's roster spot while he's on paternity leave. #NotSoSad http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2015/07/twins-jorge-polanco-tigers-price-white-sox-samardzija.html
  3. Yeah. I was pretty amazed with how much they gave up. Definitely an upgrade at 2nd though.
  4. Welcome to Twins Daily! The Twins are starting to see some of the young minor league guys show up on the major league team now, so some of the favorites are starting to change. Some of the new favorite newer player are Brian Dozier (fan favorite for the last two or three years), Byron Buxton (on the DL now, but you'll probably get a chance to see him in Rochester as he works his way back up), and Miguel Sano (rookie that Twins fans have been wanting to see for the past few years). There is documentary where Sano is one of the main subjects. So that gives you a little background about him. Next year, there should be a good group coming up to Rochester for you as well.
  5. So, in Brock's case, imtoosexy5MilanNewYorkandJapan
  6. imtoosexy4MilanNewYorkandJapan Nailed it!
  7. Now it's just a matter of finding out: 1. What music you're listening to 2. Finding all lyrics for all the songs 3. Choosing the correct segments of these songs I'll have those passwords in no time. http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k127/spinynorman61/Mr_Burns-1.jpg
  8. WINNAH!!! http://i.imgur.com/xtlvW1m.gif
  9. Was this what Provus was distracted by? http://i2.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/117/910/flying.png
  10. Provus was distracted by a flying velociraptor. That sounds horrifying.
  11. I see. Intentionally walk Hicks. That's not something that I thought would happen... pretty much ever.
  12. Hitting the ball over the fence scores runs pretty easily. The Twins should try doing that more often.
  13. Sound career advise. I like it.
  14. I'm not doing nothing. I'm just doing the same work... just slower.
  15. I wish I was sitting at home watching the game instead of goofing off at work and listening to the game on the radio.
  16. Quiet! You'll jinx it.... oh, wait...
  17. It's true. Freese wasn't hit by the ball. His finger was broken by fear!
  18. 4. Dick Monfort controls the team, and he's given no indication that he'll ever trade Tulo. Many times, it sounds like he's down right refused to do so.
  19. Not a bad idea. The O's are looking for an outfielder. Maybe Arcia has just enough defensive value for it to work. It would sure be a lot of fun to see him blasting homers out of Camden.
  20. How is Duensing supposed to get Gausman when he's already going to be traded to get Price, Hamels, Lucroy, Tulo, Chapman and Cueto. I don't know how one Duensing gets all of them, but I'm sure Tigers, Philies, Brewers, Rockies and Reds would come up with an equatable time share.
  21. I thought it took all revenue into account, but I could be wrong. These picks are not just determined by revenues though, they also take into account the teams with the smallest market size. Some of those teams overlap. So, St. Louis, for example doesn't have a bottom 10 revenue, but they are considered to have one of the 10 smallest markets. I think it's a lottery of those teams that get a chance for the comp A round. Any team that gets money from the revenue sharing is in the draft for the comp B round. At least, that's my understanding. I guess I don't have a good idea of how to fix this either. It's supposed to add more parity into the game. I don't think that the system has really been around long enough to show that it does/doesn't do that though.
  22. I think they are going to make a few trades for a bullpen arm or two. I don't think they'll be big names and I don't think it'll cost a lot. That's pretty much all I see happening. I would love to see them trade for a catcher, but I don't think they will be willing to give up enough for a guy like Lucroy. My guess is we'll see an AJ reunion.
