    Having a civil discussion does not mean qualifying a divergent pov as garbage. Ignore the post if you don't agree with it and don't care to discuss it. Or report it if you feel it stepped over the boundaries of respect.

    This is what I like about Spring ... so many possibilities! Probabilities are another issue ... but I like these possibilities!

    I actually think there is room for both discussions in this thread. The whole nature of this issue is political. And it affects some of our players and players on other teams. My thoughts and prayers are with them and their families, but I don't think I can do only that without wanting to keep track of what's happening and why. Please keep discussions civil, no matter what your views and thoughts are. If all you want to do is express your well wishes and hopes for peaceful resolutions, that's good, please do. If you want a broader discussion, here in this forum is a good place for it. Again, please keep it civil.

    While I'm always hopeful, and Spring is still full of possibilities, the probabilities still don't look that great for us to be competitive let alone defeat Detroit for a playoff spot. I expect better play than last year and still hope for better, I'm just not expecting. In that vein of thinking, when things will likely not be close with or without Nathan in Detoit, I think the actual harm is negligible; therefore, I still wish him well, just not against us.

    I can't wait for my snowbird years when I'm down there the whole time. As it is I'll just have to settle for my 2 weeks in March. Will you be in a set location at all? Or wandering? How will you 'distinguish' yourselves from the crowd in order for us to find you to say 'hi?'
