    I agree with you that it's too soon. But, there are those that think it's enough and I really want to hear what they think should be changed and how. Maybe not specifically 'who', as in names, but I want to know what they think is wrong in our system and how they think it should/can be corrected. And I'd like specifics, not just 'it's just wrong and should be changed' or 'I want to win a WS and these aren't the guys to get us there'. Why? How? I think it's a legitimate question and deserves a conversation and is not silly. Don't participate if you think it's silly.

    yeah, dunno if that would be his job ... I'll reserve judgement after seeing him man the position a bit, but he is not rated very highly as a defender and you need that more than a bat in that position

    This question came up in the other thread and I thought it deserved its own discussion. It’s a good question. We are unhappy with results and want to make a change, with who?

    This might be true ... but I really doubt it. Just because we don't know what the plan is or it doesn't follow what we expect it to or isn't being executed in how we think it should be ... doesn't mean they don't have one. A lot of posters complain about the FO because they haven't done what that particular poster thinks they should. And, don't get me wrong, those are valid discussion points. But I think the FO had some very specific plans to start the season which has had to change ... a LOT ... due to injuries and under performing and, well, prospects missing a year. That can lead to a rather stark or haphazard appearance when they've had to alter a path they were on. And in some cases i think they stuck to a plan for too long. (Colomé anyone?) And maybe the plan now is 'flying by the seat of their pants' because they've kind of had to this season. To me, implying they have no plan, implies they don't know what they are doing. It's how I read it. But you've clarified so I won't put words in your mouth you didn't say, but when that gets stated ... I don't think they have a plan ... I read it very differently.

    This year's try out was out of necessity only , not out of 'he's ready let's try him out', because he wasn't ... we've seen that before when we bring up CFers from AA too soon ... now that he's been in AAA, he's been doing well ... next year if/when he gets a call up, I bet he's much better and closer to expectations

    Gordon is looking like the super utility guy, so ... yeah ... I mean, there are arguments to be made that he should be able to get at bats when others are rested, but I just don't know ... he just seems like the odd man out

    I think Arraez gets traded ... honestly, I thought he should have been traded 2 yrs ago ... not a popular opinion, I'm sure

    I remember a game at the 'dome vs the White Sox ... and the Sox scored, like 7-8 runs in the 1st inning or two, and the Twins answered back ... went like that all game ... I think the Twins ended up winning but both teams were in double digits
