    I would have thought Antony wants to separate himself from his predecessor TR. Judging by the inactivity since he's taken over as interim, he looks like one of the same. Ultra conservative, unwilling to act like a true seller by waiting for others to call him. I'm beyond frustrated with the decisions and planning this season. Like you Nick, I want to see Berrios, Chargois, and Polanco called up yesterday. Please bring them up so there's something we can get excited about for the final 60+ games.

    That makes a ton of sense. Why wait until the bitter end where Santana's trade value is zero when the Twins can get out of the last 2 years of this deal?

    Welcome to Twins Daily! Those all sound like fair targets to me. I'd say any one in the 5-10 range for their org prospects will work for me. That'd probably be the same type of return I'd like to see with Suzuki too if the Indians want to get in on that.

    I'm prepared to be completely underwhelmed, again, come August 2nd. Nolasco and Milone will have to be DFA'd because the odds of someone else trading for them are slim and none. If they can move the 4 players that have drawn the most attention (Suzuki, Nunez, Abad, Kintzler) that will be a start.

    Great point. Not sure there would be anyone left on the MLB roster.

    Quade and Steil are really grasping at straws IMO for reasons why Berrios is not at the MLB level. That's exactly what you want to see from a starter - quick adjustments and shutting down the lineup the rest of the start.

    Unless there's a consensus #1 overall pick that's going to be a phenom like A-Rod, Harper, or Strasburg, I don't see the point in a baseball team tanking.

    A real medical department has been criminally dismissed IMO. I get that rehab > surgery, but there's been way too many examples in recent years of players being more injured than they initially thought. The process of discovering their real injury seems to be dragged out longer than it should.

    Here's a revolutionary free idea for the next GM. Platooning pitchers! I say we call up the next in line if Duffey has to pitch against an AL East opponent.

    I'm terrified of the inevitable thinning/balding of my hair... Whenever hair follicles fall out over the course of a day I think "Well, it was a good run, hair." Luckily it still grows back . How does that work from a genetic standpoint? Isn't the rule that your hair characteristics comes from your grandfather on your mother's side of the family?
