Man, that's some horrendous baserunning by Garver.
  2. John Kelsey
Magill appears to be a very good long man, at what point do they decide he's too good and start using him later in games?
  3. John Kelsey
Very Waaay too many free outs at the bottom of the lineup these days.

    Giolito looks awful too.

    I like it.

Didn't post in here, but I was fine with Lewis. My rankings for the top 5 were: 1. Kyle Wright 2. Royce Lewis 3. Hunter Greene 4. MacKenzie Gore 5. Brendan McKay

His range was actually better than expected when I saw him play last weekend. I didn't see his arm enough to have an opinion on that, however.
  8. John Kelsey
Rodriguez had a pretty great start today.

Tickets were in section 323, but I moved to 334 around the 6th inning to get some sun.

Glad I went to the game, and even more glad I stayed for the bottom of the ninth. A couple of those managerial decisions almost forced me to leave early.

He will throw over the top and hit 93-94 for strikeouts every now and then.
  12. John Kelsey
Miranda looked great in Cedar Rapids last weekend. Good to see him keep it going.

Randy Rosario pitching for the Cubs.
  16. John Kelsey
He's certainly earned it, great news.
  17. John Kelsey
Hicks is more of a first baseman than catcher these days, he's only caught 7 times this year.
  18. John Kelsey
Kiriloff's offensive profile kind of reminds me of Eddie Rosario.
  19. John Kelsey
Never made it to Twins but was in the system for 6 years, Yangervis Solarte is having another solid season. He kind of reminds me of Escobar, actually.
  20. John Kelsey
It was out of the strike zone and basically identical to the pitch he's been striking guys out on all day.
  21. John Kelsey
Should be a fun crowd tonight, I think I'll probably head down to the ballpark.
  22. John Kelsey
Strong start for May in Rochester today.
  23. John Kelsey
What are we saving Phil Hughes for?
  24. John Kelsey
Lynn is making this "Who will Santana replace?" decision very easy.
  25. John Kelsey
I'm usually in favor of quick promotions, but I'm heading to Cedar Rapids to watch the Kernels over Memorial Day weekend. Hopefully all the big names are around for a few more weeks.
