  1. We've started Invasion. Quite good! In a weird coincidence, each night a giant house spider has crawled across the floor just before the second episode we watched ended. Creepy.
  2. They'd have to decide to stop having them start. Then where's the depth? No chance they move Matthews off starting. Or Preilipp. This also assumes they didn't deal anyone.
  3. Let's just say I was not a fan. Also, work on it against the guys they actually need to get out. But they'll sit in AAA all year. Really want falvey gone. I'm salty this morning I guess. Could be the heat. Could be so the stuff.
  4. Bullpen. Traded for Abel and Bradley and neither can start in the big leagues.....
  5. If they could have had Ford, I'd rather have him than Tait and Abel, not even close. His timeline matches Jeffers still being here and Jenkins and Culpeper arriving. Can't read the article.
  6. Keaschell barely played AAA. Neither of these guys has to play AAA.......other teams have moved elite players to the majors from AA. I see no good reason not to move Culpepper asap next year. If he needs a reset, whatever.....Jenkins? I mean, that depends on if they want to move him, or use one of their other 1000000 LH OF or not to start the year.
  7. I was talking about Keaschell, and people saying they should groom for utility. That's just not what teams do with guys they think might be elite. But, sure, we can hope on Lee hitting.....I haven't given up at all.
  8. I just have no idea who should own it that would be best for the team, fans, and players.
  9. Or just promote Culpeper next year and have Lee as the backup. But I agree, if Fitzgerald is up, he should play three times a week or so.
  10. Teams don't put elite players into utility roles. They give them a position and let them run with it. There's likely good reason for that. I've said my piece on him at SS......
  11. Fitzgerald is thirty. He's not part of the future. Lee was a highly regarded player, that's who you play and see if he can improve or not.
  12. This site is filled with people begging for change, who utterly fear playing rookies. It's one of my favorite things to shake my head over.
  13. If Culpeper his the rest of the year, they can call him up. There is no reason for Gasper to be on this roster. He's not part of the future here. Roden had been a huge disappointment so far. Great trade..... I agree, Lee needs to show more hitting and Martin fielding and running..
  14. Replacing two guys not hitting with two that are makes a big difference.
  15. Nothing funny about making fun of depression. Seriously.
  16. He has talent. Glad he's getting experience.
  17. It's not up to most of them. It wouldn't be my first choice. But if I was there, is work my ass off. But I'm not sure what that has to do with the post you quoted.
  18. They aren't going to know if Bradley is fixed by having him in AAA. We're just going to disagree. Same with Abel.
  19. I thumbs down mean spirited posts. Posts that blame Rocco for everything. Posts that rip using knowledge to be better. Etc.
  20. Never been a bigger gap in pitching between these levels, according to what I read.
