    100 percent Tampa trades Jeffers if he's on their team. I'd say it's about fifty fifty for the other two, but maybe 60 prevent they do. We have no idea if the Twins tried to extend him or not. Generally, however, I agree. The twins lag those three by a lot in development, but then nearly every team does. That's not going to cut it.... They need to get better.
