To add to the anti-sell sentiment, the expiring contracts on the Twins aren’t the coveted players. It’s the ones that expire after 2026. A rebuild for this team is a longer term project. This team is too good to scorched earth rebuild -
25.5 career WAR, 107 SB, 151 HR in 837 games. top 10 all time and he’s still getting better we are lucky to get to watch him right now

Yesterday was game 81 with a 39 and 42 record exactly half way. With the highest highs, and lowest lows, this team is currently pacing 78 and 84. They would have to go 33 and 48 rest of season to get to 90 losses. Not impossible, by any stretch, but I really do think this team, could just as likely be an 82 game winner as a 90 game loser. Were they to sell, of course the 90 game loser becomes more likely.

Slowest team in MLB and they also have Buxton and Bader in the lineup regularly and every team carries two catchers… that’s pretty awful. Puts the rest of the lineup in a glacial category relative to their peers. What was Falvey doing?

Wallner does grade out as a better defender, but that’s a low bar I think it has more to do with Wallner is in a really bad funk since the beginning of June

I believe you! a year ago, I wouldn’t have, but today, I do

Falvey: “I read about Aaron Rodgers’ darkness retreat and so I did one the whole offseason. It was awesome, you should try it!”

Celebrated at my local pride festival this morning. It was affirming, inspirational and heartwarming seeing my community come out in support! Seeing the line out the “free mom hugs” tent was a gut wrenching reminder of what all this is really about. whether Willi is an ally, advocate, or member of the community, or not, it doesn’t matter. It’s the love, respect and dignity we afford our fellow humans that matters. happy pride month

If Correa and Lewis didn’t deserve Fs, I’m not sure I know what an F is.
