  1. It's hard to have sympathy for the Tigers, but they have really disappointed this season. 21-33 and last place in the AL central is a hard pill to swallow for Tigers fans expecting big things this year. I think they will eventually recover to some degree, but they have definitely dug themselves a big hole being 9.5 back of Cleveland already.
  2. Royce hit by a pitch in AAA. Seems to be fine and stayed in the game to run.
  3. That is a bad challenge by Murakami with nobody on in the 1st inning.
  4. Didn't think I'd ever say this, but . . . No Trevor Larnach??
  5. Yoendrys Gomez and Andrew Morris are probably the best relievers in the Twins bullpen right now. Gomez looked really impressive tonight. Also, Caratini and Kriedler . . . as expected
  6. Griffin Jax is through 5 inning of 1 run ball tonight versus the Rays. He has thrown just 62 pitches. Looks like he is finally getting his chance to start, and is running with it.
  7. He still needs 505 more wins to be Cy Young, but you never know
  8. Zach (Cole) is pinch-hitting for Zach (Dezenzo). Interesting
  9. DFA Topa, Bring up_______* *Fill in the blank with any AAA pitcher with a live arm
  10. Bailey says he is throwing about 10 mph too to shut out anyone regardless
  11. Good job by Morris and Banda getting three straight after the double
  12. It is his first time going five full innings. He is slowly being worked up. Only 68 pitches today.
  13. Griffin Jax throws 5 shutout for the Rays today as a starter.
