Martin always seems to take quality at-bats. I think that he should be in the starting lineup almost every day for the Twins.

Larnach and Lee: Just as expected

Nice to see Morris finally get the call. A couple of years ago he was one of the Twins top pitching prospects before injuries derailed him at AAA. If he manages to keep the injuries in check, he has the stuff to be a middle to high end reliever, and the Twins bullpen desparately needs that.

I'm not that mad about this loss. Offense managed to score a few runs, and it was nice to see Lee, Martin and Jeffers have good offensive games. Some nights the starter doesn't have it going, and there isn't much you can do. Hopefully the Twins are able to bounce back with a win tomorrow with Joe Ryan on the mound.

I really don't like the sacrifice bunt to advance Lee to second. It just seems like a waste of an out. Maybe if he was on second or third already, I'd be okay with it.

Corbin hasn't had an E.R.A. under 4.40 since 2019. I'm surprised to see him still in the Majors.

Hopefully this season ends with another 4 game sweep. This time against the Dodgers in the World Series.
