19th out of 30 in walks per game I would’ve assumed we would be a lot worse than that.

    Gotta stop walking people

Offense has been pretty bad since the All-Star break. This club seems to have a lot of trouble getting to, staying at, or getting above .500

Bobby N: Emmanuel Rodriguez was scratched from a rehab game today at high-A Cedar Rapids. He’s day-to-day with thumb soreness.

Bobby Nightengale: Dean Kremer is scheduled to start Wednesday in Kansas City for his Twins debut. Joe Ryan scheduled for Tuesday and Bailey Ober on Thursday.

If you keep Larnach, he becomes next year’s Bell. $7m DH with average to poor defense. Strike while the iron is hot.!

Hancock could get right on the plane this weekend and fly with the Twins to KC. Although now that they traded Castillo, they probably won’t move Hancock.

Mr Anderson back to AAA to make room for Kremer

This was a team loss, everyone played a part. Pitchers walked 8 batters, batters only scored 3 runs, defensive lapse that would have sent the game to extras. Who would’ve thought the 2026 Twins would be playing meaningful games in August or buying at the deadline? Certainly not this guy. Go Twins!

Not a fan of this at all. Something the new CBA will address. I hope they lose! https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2026/08/dodgers-to-acquire-tarik-skubal.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=bluesky

    Bad IF defense strikes again.

    Keaschall! ⚾️🚀

They’ve been kind of feast or famine all season.
  14. thelanges5
    Could’ve been much worse, but 3 walks, 3 Ks, 2 hits = 35 pitches

Prielipp. Not a good start 🤮

Shelty said last night that he was gonna go right into the rotation.

Was thinking the same thing. Can only have 13 pitchers on the roster. This proposal uses 8 spots, leaving Morris, Nance, Taylor, Minter, and Gomez as the BP.
  18. thelanges5
They’ve spent $5m on Minter and Kremer. Nice to see and I hope they’ve got some more trades coming. Let’s go Twins!

    Jhomnardo Reyes for Kramer
  20. thelanges5
Twins trading for Dean Kramer. He’s given up 21 runs in his last five starts so I’m not sure how I feel about this. He does have a pretty sweet man bun though.
  21. thelanges5
I’d hoped Gray would get the Fedko treatment. Shelty loves him some Gray. Go Twins!
  22. thelanges5
Tom P putting his $$ where his mouth is. Mid-market Twins helping out the budget situation of the large market Mets.
  23. thelanges5
FWIW - saw this posted on MLB daily news: Nightengale: Reds are telling teams that Hunter Greene is not available.
