    Man I can’t remember the last time I watched TBS. Bad memories of being forced to watch EVERY Atlanta Braves game back in the day……

    I worked really hard to try convince my wife that he (or any baseball player) might actually be worth $35M/yr based on what we’re seeing. In the past few years we’ve gone from having Buxton be the “face?” of the franchise to Correa, with Lewis hopefully waiting in the wings.

    A very entertaining game, and credit due to Rocco for pulling Julien back and batting Kepler in that RBI spot. 3 out of 4 from a pretty good team is awesome. Now if we just could figure out Witt, Jr. He’s going to plague us for a long time I fear!

    Based on what I’ve seen for the first third of the season, Julien needs to go down to St. Paul for a reset. Miranda should get a blend of spelling Lewis at 3rd, and starts at DH and 1B. I’m on board with all the posters who put a higher priority on DFAing Margot but I don’t think this FO will do that. I believe that Miranda needs to be in the lineup most days, and not Baldelli’d in the 4th or 5th inning every other night like some of our other young hitters.

    You could almost predict that. KC has Obers number, and the Twins were due to bring their disinterested plate approach. Nice to see and appreciate Correa in person. He’s just so solid out there fielding, positioning, throwing, etc. Easy to take for granted when you can only follow the games online or on the radio.

    That was some serious managing right there, and I got to see it in person. When Margot was announced the guy sitting next to me, complete stranger, says “Why?”.

    Great time tonight. Won’t be online for tomorrow - I’ll be at the game and my granddaughter’s choir will be singing the National Anthem!
