    Very nice to see Lee contribute. I had to turnoff the game with 2 outs in the top of the 9th. Feared and used to the worst! Terrible defense in that inning which I thought would snake bite them.

    Paid the $100 bucks for Twins.TV awful early to give up on them but they sure look like wimps! After 2 games they only have 3 hitters with 2 or more hits yow, so-o-o-o-o-o-o listless. Ready for some of the youngsters to step in.

    Ober should absolutely, not be moved. He is questionably the teams' ace at times when Pablo struggles. Affordable pitching is an absolute must to cost conscious (Twins) teams! What fans would give to have a George Steinbrenner type step up to buy the team and just spend, spend, spend. Hello Soto!

    Maybe the FO is a little gun shy since I can't remember any relief pitcher acquired under their watch moved the needle for the team. But if you can't run with the big dogs stay on the porch and that's what they are doing right now, and I for one hate it. Throw a top prospect or 2 for some genuine relief pitcher or 2. Then again there was that last magnificent trade with the Reds....and we all know how that worked out. Milked again!

    Maybe the Twins should do what the Vikings did when moving on from Cousins/Hunter whom were tying up all the $$$. How do they do the same with Buck/Corea? Unloading those 2 who aren't making a big enough difference might get us several players who do move the needle?????? What the hey?

    I am old school and have no idea of happenings behind the scene. But why not just go with a lineup of hitters who are hitting at the present, regardless of the opposing pitcher. Boy in the good old days wasn't it Tovar, Carew, Olive & Harmon 95% of the time? And boy did they hit!

    Seems to me any move related to the bullpen, live games or otherwise, seem to backfire these last 2 months. They just do not have a very good staff at this point in time. Even if they do qualify for the playoffs like Reusse states time and time again they won't last long.

    Absolutely give him a shot. His defense alone would be an upgrade if BB is out like last reported.

    I've been a fan since '61 as a kid. Our family vacation in the 60's was a weekend trip to MPLS for 2 games my dad was a big fan. Our whole family of 8 would go and just have a hoot. I did the same for only a couple of years with my family of 5. Was present for the '87 playoffs and '91 WS. Now with prices the way they are no way can I afford to bring family with grandkids. I have no access to games on tv because of my location in SD. That said I have partially lost interest just because of no exposure. I for one would like to be able to go the Amazon route.

    Did Tony Olivia, Rod Carew sit against lefties? Did Puckett, Killebrew, Allison sit against righties. Just play your best players and see how it plays out. 🧐

    Just get rid of Gallo and bench BB. Let the young lefties play everyday regardless of pitcher.

    Just don't get cute and show everyone how you smart you think you are just go with. A top 5 prospect Crews, Skenes, Langford, Jenkins or Clark. Don't reach for another Saboto.
