  1. I am quite positive he would provide better production at the plate than Adrianza.
  2. Buxton needs to go down to Rochester. Sano needs to bat lower in the order and be more selective at the plate and he also needs to work on conditioning.
  3. Rogers hasn't been effective. He might need to be replaced.
  4. I believe more than half of the pitchers in the major league are dominating Buxton.
  5. I guess Magill is here to stay and Buxton should stay in Rochester though.
  6. I think Kyle McGrath would be a much better choice. Only 25 years old, 3.13 career ERA, 3 options remaining, held left-handed hitters to an ugly .152/.243/.250 line. He was DFAed to make room for Hughes.
  7. Dozier, Sano and Morrison should hit lower in the order. Petit and LaMarre should play more. Kepler Rosario Escobar Garver Dozier Morrison Grossman Sano LaMarre or Buxton
  8. Molitor shows his creativity today by letting Sano and Morrison bat 3rd and 4th. Those two has an average of .198 and .199. I seriously doubt this would generate more offense.
  9. Padres designated left-hander Kyle McGrath for assignment to make room for Phil Hughes. McGrath should be better than Rogers. The 25-year-old has a 3.13 ERA. He limited left-handed hitter to an ugly .152/.243/250 line. He has three options remaining.
  10. Indians and Tigers both won today.
  11. Think about this: Palka replacing Grossman Goodrum replacing Adrianza Wilson Ramos replacing Bobby Wilson Aaron Hicks replacing Buxton This would make this lineup look really good.
  12. NO Sano NO Buxton NO PROBLEM. 0 for 7 with 5K tonight. I think anyone can do that with eyes closed. If this team wants to win now, Sano and Buxton should stay on the bench. Sano should be a pinch hitter, Buxton should be a pinch runner and defensive replacement. Adrianza and Wilson might be slightly better than those two offensively right now. That's just how pathetic they are at the plate.
  13. He is way better than Carter or Vargas and he should be better than Morrison. He is a much better DH than Grossman.
  14. Gonsalves still has some control issues. 4 walks in 5 innings pitched...
  15. May can take Rogers' spot. He can serve as the long reliever for now.
  16. I really don't see Dozier and Adrianza come back next season. Gordon is almost ready. Escobar is doing well. Polanco should learn the lesson.
  17. Goodrum looks way better than Adrianza in the lineup.
  18. Pressly's problem is he always seems to let inherited runners score.
  19. He is not Joe Mauer. Not even close.
  20. Only Rosario, Escobar and Kepler have been contributing offensively these days.
  21. Tigers has been playing well lately. AL Central is going to be 3 team race now.
  22. Magill's fastball is sitting at 95 mph consistently, that's why he's been successful
  23. Auto outs: Buxton, Adrianza and Wilson. All three cannot hit major league pitching.
  24. When Santana comes back, Hughes needs to be cut. When May comes back, either Rogers or Lynn needs to be demoted.
