Escobar should be a better hitter with power. He is a better bench option. Adrianza has been hitting okay. Not much better than Escobar though. I am not sure if he can sustain it. After Dozier is traded this is not going to be a problem anymore.
You might be right. However struggling in low A ball like this is definitely not good. The question is: Is it worth to lose couple games this season for a prospect like this?
Well I don't know about that. His era is high and he has been ineffective and lately he cannot get anybody out and has given up plenty of long balls. He is not alone though. Perkins and Pressly will soon join him.
Tyler Watson has not looked good at all. The Twins should have kept Kintzler. It's not a good idea to trade with Nationals. Ramos for Capps and now Kintzler for Watson.
I hope Perkins and Pressly get sent down and Slegers stays. It's an impressive outing. He would have got the win if Hildenberger did not blow it by allowing the triple. He only allowed 2 hits and 2 walks playing against a very tough lineup.
Pressly and Perkins need to be sent down as well. I don't think Turley can get major league players out though. Turley might very likely to be one of those AAAA players.
Well Granite is no Puckett. He has no power and no arm. His best asset is his speed. He looks more and more like Revere. Revere can at least leg out a few hits.
