    The choice between the mouths of Cuddyer and Hunter and their diminished skills... Indeed. Hunter was a prima donna and would not play left for the Twins. Or third base. I think that the Twins would be better with somebody else.

    I'd rather see Pelfrey pitch than any non-prospect AAA guy "like Darnell". If we are talking about bringing up May and/or Meyer, this is a totally different story. And I double checked and happy to report that there is not a single non-prospect in the Rochester rotation, and the 2 on the 40 man roster are indeed May and Meyer (Berrios, Wheeler and Peavey who will surprise some this season are the rest.) Hughes, Gibson and Nolasco will get a long leash. I think that Nolasco might actually be the best of the 3 this season. So we are talking about the last 2 spots in the rotation, one of which will be replaced by Santana come mid June... I'd rather see Pelfrey in the pen, because I think he is a good fit there and the pen is the biggest issue. I really have no use for Milone or his 84 mph "fast"ball...

    That's exactly the issue. And if the majority of the players who are saying that the cheaters are cheating them, they should have the ability of a club to void a cheater's contract as part of the next CBA. But we shall see...

    Hold it for a second I think that this Front Office has been pretty much intact for the last 3 seasons, so I think that it was not only tried, but had a steady diet of it. I do understand the disappointment of what seems to Twins' fans as inertia by the Twins' ownership, as far as the front office is concerned, after huge disappointments three seasons in a row. We all hope that the Twins will be competitive. I really believe that even the most "negative" posters will be "positive" as soon as the Twins do something that makes them. I think that the Gardenhire firing is a step to the right direction. Let's hope he was the only reason the Twins were not competitive the past years. But, if that is not true, more people need to be held accountable.

    Knecht has some serious pop. He is a Harrison-like guy with better OF D. Williams really produced only one half season at Cedar Rapids. The rest of his career was disappointing

    Apples with Pineapples. Vargas tested positive for what the Williamses did, Phentermine, which is in weight control "supplements" that are legitimately sold OTC in this country. He did not test positive for synthetic testosterone that has doping as its only use.
