    Someone mentioned future opponents may bring up a lefty or 2 to face the Twins. This is a real possibility. Roccos not the only guy who uses analytics. Other teams are surely noting as to this is how to beat the Twins. The Twins are wrecking the Kirbys Gilbert's and big name starters. It's the soft tossing lefties doing them in, or so it seems

    And just to follow up. If they want more butts in the seats. Do a better job of marketing. Get a TV deal that's manageable and affordable to fans and earns Twins ownership max value. Not the we picked the best and only option available. I wasn't raised with a silver spoon mentality. And your sarcasm towards fans???

    I attend 15-20 games every year in Minnesota and my wife and I schedule at least 1 road trip per year. This year it just so happened to be Cleveland series. 1 hour removed from a colonoscopy and on the road to Cleveland. What does this mean to me? And where is the PROOF that the Twins have been operating at a cumulative loss since 2019?

    I disagree in your assessment of Correa. His defense is still good. But the guy playing SS for the Twins is not the same guy who played short for the Astros. And these were supposed to be his prime years. And we've gone around on defense a few times. You see improvement on some where I don't. I will follow that up with. I think part of me saying he's not the same SS in Minnesota is he doesn't have Altuve to his left or Bregman to his right in fairness to Correa.

    Stats. But are you watching? Margot 4-8 last 3 games. Weak contact, finding holes. Farmer has hit the ball pretty well. These guys couldn't have gone much lower. Just when it seems Santana might be turning the corner he reverts back. Watch the swings. Vasquez. I don't care if his defense is great and its not. It's a hole. Larnach had a bad game vs Yanks knucklecurve arm. So did the whole team. He's been scorching a lot of balls that aren't falling in your 10 game scenario. Castro has over 1000 OPS vs lefties yet his avg with RISP is like .150. Buxton. All he does is pull everything. Till he opens up he'll smoke a ball here and there. There's a guy I just don't get. Julien needs to stop acting like Julia. Miranda and Correa have been OK. Jeffers has cooled off. The only consistent hitter has been Kepler. But only after he started 1-20. Didn't mention Kirilloff. But I think you get the jist.

    Exactly. If Ted Williams was the Twins left fielder he'd be sitting against lefties. After all. His OPS vs lefties was only .930 as opposed to 1.150 vs righthanders. Castro or Margot would have to get the nod.

    I don't know how many times this lineup has to be marched out to face a lefty before Rocco figures out his ouija board is broke. Hell. Bring back Luplow and Garlick. Because this one isn't working. Pablo got beat up pretty good. An ACE is supposed to prevent or stop long losing streaks. And the bullpen is a mess. It's gotten so bad, that my wife who never misses a game switched it off. We never leave a game early or shut it off, no matter the score.
