    2011-2016 the Twins have 397 wins the least of any team in the Majors. Next is Miami with 418, this is the reality. I think we all wish there was more positive stuff to talk about but this team really hasn't given us much and that is the reality. I think everyone hopes the new people hired will turn things around and give us plenty to be happy about.

    At this point I think we need to wait until the new hires have a chance to work some of this out. The fire the manager threads every day are kind of silly at this point. Let the new people get started and do some house cleaning and don't expect it to happen over night. I'm willing to give the new people at least 2-3 days before complaining about time to fire them! Now if Antony is still the GM next year and the front office and coaching staffs through out the system are mostly the same then it's time for real anger.

    Complain about the batting order/lineup after they fix the pitching. Until then it's not a big deal, imo.

    Over/under on how many times Dozier adjusts his cup tonight. Line is set at 40.

    "....and if they try real hard they can make it 8 or 10 in a row." I doubt they'd have to try that hard, it seems losing has been rather easy for them.

    I've seen several places, besides here, that the Braves really like Dozier. My wild trade idea is Dozier and Buxton to the Braves for Teheran and Swanson.

    Seems like there is always at least one negative nelly around here!

    The main problem is that so many rules aren't written anywhere so things can get really confusing.

    What risk? Likely none of those guys will be top ML pitchers in 17 or 18. By the time they hopefully are Dozier is gone. This isn't a Span-Revere type thing with nobody really ready to step in. Polanco very well will give similar production going forward, of course every move can fail.

    Are they going to have the pitching to be a serious contender in 17 or 18? Highly doubtful isn't it? Trade him, by the time this team is ready to compete, if the new GM is competent any way, he'll be gone. Trade high for once! 2019 is the year all our best prospect should be getting into their prime years and two big contracts will be gone with plenty of money to fill the holes.

    Maybe they could move Sano to catcher, he's very athletic.

    Just as long as DanSan is on the roster and plays nearly every day I'm ok with whatever else gets done.

    No reason to even worry about Plouffe. He won't be here next year and he isn't good enough to take away playing time from the young guys. Put him on waivers Aug. 2 and hope someone picks him up.
