Given that some pretty good pitchers in the NL are being injured during hitting-related activities (not all of them in-game) I think they may well reconsider the DH.
If Joe gives up on trying to pull the ball and just whacks it deep to left a few more time like that, that also goes along towards solving the problem. That always was his power alley. No voodoo required.
Nothing. I will continue to enjoy the successes and failures of the teams I like, but they're sure as heck not my life. Now if it was to be on the first manned mission to Mars, otoh, then my interest would be piqued.

They're no more qualified to make medical calls than the rest of us. The only opinions that really matter here are Joe's, his family, his doctor(s) and Twins management.
