  1. This lineup together with the loss of Lopez and Ryan will lose 100+ games. If management remains unchanged, maybe a record number of losses.
  2. I would expect Julien, Larnach, Miranda, Outman, Gasper, and Martin will be gone for obvious reasons. Probably Lewis and SWR too. I expect Ryan and Pablo to be traded for obvious reasons 🙄. This front office and management staff should be nowhere near this rebuild, or we will find ourselves here again in 5 years. A roster full of hyped prospects that can’t perform once in the bigs.
  3. Since Sears was sent to AAA, I guess we could have thrown in Dobnak or some other AAA player? Fleeced.
  4. “The Duran trade only looks worse because of the Miller trade, otherwise everyone would be crowing about it.” Maybe, but it was a huge difference.
  5. “If only the Twins had actual roster flexibility rather than theoretical,“ Just about this entire team was always “theoretical”. “Expected” outcomes are not ACTUAL outcomes, and you can’t simply wish something into existence. That is something that powerless people tell themselves to feel better about their lot. Useful from a coping standpoint, but it doesn’t really affect outcomes.
  6. Owners and front office have left the fans badly used-like a dictionary in a stupid family.
  7. Many people are saying it’s the most important metric.
  8. Bader’s value will never be higher- trade him.
  9. I usually like Stu’s stuff, but that’s a couple minutes I’ll never get back.
  10. As soon as you say “expected” outcomes, you’ve lost credibility. The metrics consistently miss “expected “ outcome s.
  11. “They’ll just have to adjust their expectations “. Same.
  12. No “expected” metrics are concerning. They are inaccurate and fluctuate wildly. A complete waste of time.
  13. Rocco’s entire tenure has been supposedly “good process followed by bad results”. Kinda makes you question the value or accuracy of the underlying metrics.
  14. Apology accepted. Not sure what you will write about now though…
  15. I haven’t seen any evidence of this mythical “spend friendly “ era of which you allude.
