    The Red Sox organization is in shambles, lost their manager, new front office that botched their first big trade. How does that happen just over a year from being World Series champs?

    If I were the Dodgers and padres, I would blackball the Red Sox. They did this to themselves.

    The Red Sox apparently want ANOTHER top 10 prospect to accommodate for Graterol. Maeda isn’t worth that. Not even close. I would toss in Nick Gordon, but that’s about it

    The home away splits really scare me.... Dodger Stadium is a pitcher’s park, and Maeda has had some truly awful years on the road.....

    It had plenty of movement on it, was almost a slider. Go all in for an ace, an this team is the front runners for the title. Top lineup and bullpen, and a solid rotation.

    Lindor, Merrifield, Moncada, Betts, Trout, Judge, Chapman, and Austin Meadows. I hope Miguel Cabrera can have a couple solid seasons to end his career on.

    It’s sort of weird that the position player roster seems pretty much set already, barring injuries or trades Garver, Sano, Arraez, Polanco, Donaldson, Kepler, Buxton Rosario, Cruz as the starters, then Adrianza, Gonzalez, Cave, and Avila as the 4 backups. There can only be 13 pitchers on the roster, and I fully expect Baldelli to have an 8 man bullpen....

    Did extremely well at Rookie ball last year and A-. combined 0.71 era with 18 Ks in 12.2 innings in 9 appearances. Very good deal for the twins.

    The Twins have a very solid deep farm system that won’t be able to keep everybody (40 man is pretty full already). Find a big time trade and go for it!

    I’m guessing there won’t be too many Hall of Famers inducted in the next few years. Beltre, Ichiro, and Sabathia are probably the only first ballot locks of currently retired players. Ortiz and Beltran both will probably eventually be inducted, but they both have scandals that have tarnished their careers. I doubt A-Rod ever gets elected, given his lengthy suspension. Chase Utley and Joe Mauer are both going to probably have to wait a while on the ballot. Scott Rolen and Omar Vizquel will eventually get in, while I feel Billy Wagner and Andruw Jones probably won’t make it in. I just hope there are no years without an inductee.

    Arraez (L) Polanco (S) Donaldson ® Cruz ® Kepler (L) Sano ® Garver ® Rosario (L) Buxton ® This switches the Lefties and Righties a bit more, while giving the OBP guys higher spots in the lineup. Cave and Avila are lefties, Gonzalez/Adrianza are switch hitters, and Gordon/Raley/Blankenhorn in the minors are all lefties, which is interesting. Could see a lot of “rest” platooning for the starters

    My dream uniform lineup Home Road Alternate Alternate Alternate Alternate I dislike the new road uniforms, they just seem extremely dull, and I’m not the biggest fan of the font, so the old block MINNESOTA uniforms would replace those. I like the pinstripes (but with the more modern Twins logo), The current red TC uniform would get to stay, while the newer retros would complete the 6 uniforms set.

    There’s 6 guys in the top 100 prospect lists. I’m going to assume the system won’t be depleted barring some astronomic trade (Arenado/Trout/DeGrom level).

    I’m assuming that the Twins might be discussing a trade involving 1 or more guys on the 40 man? Hence the delay? Because if not, it’s almost certainly Ryne Harper who is being left off the team.

    Francisco Liriano signed with the Phillies for 1.5 million. Would’ve loved this deal if the Twins bullpen wasn’t already 10-deep with solid relievers
