Twins Video
Hello again, Twins fans! Twice a year, we sit down and find the most popular posts and blogs on Twins Daily, and their creators receive prizes for their contributions to this community. While this offseason wasn't as action-packed as previous winters, there was still a lot to talk about. We look at the most popular posts and most popular blogs created by our amazing community contributors.
Most Popular Post
Congratulations to @Vanimal46, who has been part of our community since the early days of Twins Daily. The first half of the Twins' offseason was... uninspiring, to put it gently. With virtually nothing done to address the bullpen after its liquidation at last year's trade deadline, the trade for Anthony Banda was a welcome addition to the roster. Vanimal, private message me with your address so we can ship you this autographed Royce Lewis baseball!
Most Popular Post Runner-Up
The second most popular post of this offseason came, unsurprisingly, in the thread dedicated to the sudden departure of Derek Falvey. Humor often makes these lists, and @goliath's snarky comment about Edouard Julien and Pierson Ohl was our second-most-popular comment of the offseason. Congratulations, goliath, you win... well, nothing. Sorry about that.
Most Prolific Poster
We like to tip our hat to the poster who earned the most reputation points over the offseason, and this year that poster was @DJL44! Thanks for being such an integral part of the Twins Daily community DJL!
Most Popular Blog Entry
We have a thriving blog community here at Twins Daily, and every user can create their own blog that will be read by thousands of fellow Twins fans. @Doc Munson is one of our most popular bloggers, and they did it again this offseason with the most popular blog of the winter! Trade proposals are always popular, and Doc's Joe Ryan to the Yankees proposal intrigued users. Doc, private message me with your address so we can ship you this cool 3D rendering of Target Field!
Most Popular Blog Entry Runner-Up
There has been a lot of blame to go around Twins Territory the past few years. Many blame ownership, others laid blame at the feet of manager Rocco Baldelli. @Paul D counters with the primary culprit of the Twins' struggles being Derek Falvey. Do you agree? This controversial take was the second-most-popular blog entry of the winter!
That's all for this winter, folks. Give a round of applause to all of those mentioned in this piece, and here's to a successful 2026 season for the Twins!
