He has been tested by adversity and has found success. I hope it holds up to challenge of MLB as that step is a pretty steep challenge. I wish him the best of luck as he has more than earned the opportunity. If he makes it I think he would be a great leader in the clubhouse as well.

At least it will be another game worth watching. Always like seeing a guy get his first taste of MLB, especially a guy who has had the minor league success of Albers.

Seth: Great article, thanks for posting. Like everybody, I have no clue how Albers will do with the Twins. But he has definitely earned his chance these last couple of years. I hope he makes it and becomes a solid mid-rotation guy for a few years.
