With Walker Jenkins getting the call, I assume that’s the end of the road for Buck this season. Might as well put him on the 10 day IL and if he can play at some point in September they can activate him.

Your point ignores development at the major league level. When he went out and got injured in July he was at a WRC+ of 148, that is top 10 in baseball. Sorry that isn’t good enough for you to consider him a talented player

You must be new here.  It'll be labor day at the soonest before they even consider the IL!!!
