SP Andrew Morris - clearly

SP Kendry Rojas - yes

SP Cory Lewis - I think so, but I'm not sure. 

OF Hendry Mendez - hmmmmm, I think yes, but he's a hitter w/o much D? I mean, why wouldn't CO or Pitt or Mia take the chance?

SP Connor Prielipp - clearly

SP CJ Culpepper - I'd think so, yes.

INF Danny de Andrade - underrated by the TWins and fans, but will someone take him? I don't think so?

Yes to these 3 plus Prielipp. CJ Culpepper, probably not, just too many injuries - let's see how he pitches in the next couple months. Maybe Cardenas if we aren't signing another catcher. No to everyone else on your list right now.
