Opening Day Watch Party: Free Beer, Giveaways & Big-Screen Action at BlackStack Brewing

The Twins Daily Social Club Opening Day Watch Party is back this year with a fresh location: BlackStack Brewing! Here's how to get your free tickets, complimentary beer, and access to more giveaways than we've ever had at a watch party.

We're stoked to have BlackStack Brewing as our official location and beer sponsor for this watch party. Not only are they hosting the Twins Daily crowd, displaying the game on a 220-inch display (and two other TVs in the brewery), and offering a free beer to everyone who RSVPs ahead of time on Eventbrite – plus a BOGO beer for a future visit – but we are raffling off gift cards and fantastic BlackStack merch (and more!) before the first pitch and after every inning!

Located in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul, BlackStack has the second-largest taproom in Minnesota. It has an extensive beer selection, including limited edition beers only found in the taproom. You can choose between their most renowned beers, their Local 755 New England IPA or the Slopes French Pilsner, or from their stacked list of delicious brews to sip on throughout the game.

Not a beer fan? Blackstack has a variety of NA drink options, Twins-themed slushies, seltzer-based cocktails (that are also gluten-free), and THC drink options. We hear their NA Bootlegger is very tasty and very popular!

It's been a long winter for Twins fans. We can't wait to get everyone back together to watch some meaningful baseball again. The Opening Day matchup, pitting Pablo López against Sonny Gray, promises to be an entertaining showdown, and you'll find plenty of fellow fans with whom to celebrate and commiserate.

Local craft breweries can be known for location, environment, and variety, but above all BlackStack is known for its outstanding, intentionally crafted beer. Previously, that beer was limited to a few places outside its taproom, but now it is distributed all around greater Minnesota. Look for BlackStack's distinctive cans wherever you buy beer!
