I think it was one of those where the photo footage wasn't good enough to see exactly where it hit, but the way it bounced clearly looked like it hit the concrete behind the yellow line, to me at least.

Not enough for NY though.

Looked like it ricocheted in a way which wouldn’t have happened had it hit the yellow. But you can’t “assume” which is why we lost the review

Replay umps, with the best technology available to man, didn't overturn it.
