CRF Verified Member Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 Wonder if Jon (Johnny Athletic) Krawczynski is on the go list?
Unwinder Verified Member Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 I'm pretty sure they're keeping Gleeman based on some stuff I saw people saying on Twitter. Otherwise that'd be a pretty easy way for me to save a few bucks a month.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 I never could figure out how they could pay that much top talent. I hope they survive.
Dave Borton Verified Member Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 I subscribe to the NYTimes and they have a teaser constantly coming up. The NYTimes bought The Athletic last Nov for $550MM. Knew some changes would be in the wind when The Athletic was purchased. I subscribed to it for a year. But as a baseball only pro sports follower, I couldn't justify a 2nd year. Give me the Sporting News of the '50s and '60s again and I will subscribe.
