I find the T-Mobile Tuesdays app as a good option for easy sign-up.  You do need to have an mlb.com account as well.

Oou … thanks for the reminder (and good to see you again)! I just switched to T-mobile a couple of weeks ago, and this deal was one of the reasons why. (Not to mention I got a good package with unlimited everything for $15-20 less/month than Verizon, and with this deal included, couldn’t beat it!)
